Don't go here.
First off, this doesn't deserve its stars.
The staff can be absolutely terrible. Some of them are nice enough, but there is this one guy that will ruin your day. Very unfriendly, not understanding at all, and simply rude. Doesn't care about anything. Have you seen Fawlty Towers? Yeah. Like that.
The place itself is... okay. The rooms are bit baroque, if that's your thing, and we didn't have any problems with cleanliness, as some others here reported. The place is not exactly close to Bari, so if you want to go there you'd need to go by taxi / bus / with a rented car.
The hotel has some weird rules they don't tell you about. Like the pool is only open on some days for the hotel guests, on some days you have to make place for guests from outside the hotel. This means you MAY swim if there's space for you, the actual hotel guest, left. You also may not use the recliners, even if they are free. Nobody from the hotel told us. We had a family day planned where we wanted to spend time at the pool. It was one of those days where it was reserved for non-hotel-guests. They absolutely wouldn't allow us to be there. They were not understanding of our complaint that we'd have liked to know that beforehand, to plan accordingly. That one guy we mentioned above got really weird with us, like an angry teenager. All in all, we're not very happy with our stay there.
I do not understand how this hotel has 4-stars. The building and area is quite nice, despite being situated right next to the motorway. The rooms and bathroom are decent, but could do with some renovation and cleanliness could be improved. The staff are polite enough, but most do not speak English very well, leading to a lot of misunderstandings. It was mentally exhausting dealing with the hotel in every way.
A stunning property, with amazing rooms. breakfast is very disappointing with BAD service. the grounds and pool are wonderful. only major issue is that our bedroom had four floor level changes which can be difficult at night.
This is not a luxury hotel or 4-star Hotel as advertised. Despite being tucked right next to the Motorway, the house and the compound itself is quite nice and has potential. However the service, upkeep and cleanliness of the whole place needs improving. The rooms and bathrooms are dark, old, the bed and linen were old and uncomfortable. Staff can barely speak English and communication was exhausting, as it led to a lot of misunderstanding. Breakfast was also very limited. Dining in general is extremely limited.
The building, garden and swimming pool look interesting. Unfortunately, the rooms, especially bathrooms, need to be refreshed. At the beginning, we were also surprised, we've booked 2 double rooms for 4 people but when we came, we were told that the price is only for 1 person in each room, for the rest you have to pay 25 euros, after a long discussion and showing the booking confirmation, they resigned from extra charge. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Bari, the car is required, from the hotel to the nearest pedestrian walkway it is about 500 meters and you have to cross a busy road. If you don't eat sweets breakfast is a joke, take a look at the photo. In the country of tomatoes, olives, ham and cheese, you'll get a carrefour toast with a slice cheese, poor ham and dead cherry tomatoes. At the end, the internet didn't work. I do not recommend.
Our room was nothing like the pretty rooms in the photos. Four major problems:||1) The pool was closed even though it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit--they say they do not open the pool until June. This was nowhere on their website.||2) The …
Stayed for 1 night and was happy with this hotel. We had a car so it suited us to be out of the city with plenty to of parking on site. The hotel is cute and charismatic. Our room was beautiful with huge high ceilings and lovely old …
Great friendly customer service. Lovely facility with free secure parking and free breakfast. Check-in normally ends at 1030 PM but they extended it until 1130 for us.|Then our flight was delayed and they waited for us until after 1:30 AM …
